Powder Coating

Powder coating is an electrostatic painting process. A coating is sprayed onto the product in a powder form using compressed air. The negatively charged powder adheres to the positively charged product while it is heated to allow it to flow around the product. This creates an extremely strong coating combined with exceptional substrate-bonding properties.

Powder coating can be used to make a product look more aesthetically appealing or to protect it against corrosion. The process is used for a wide range of products and throughout numerous industries. Powder coating is a durable and environmentally friendly process.
